Elaine Ladd has worn a lot of hats: from pharmacy owner to college professor to a number of executive positions, including her current one at Pharmacy Development Services (PDS), where she serves as Chief Pharmacy Officer. No matter the title, though, Elaine works towards one goal: making independent pharmacy more intuitive, innovative, and successful. She is especially interested in topics like patient safety, infection control, and leadership development — and spends her time helping other professionals practice at the top of their license.
